Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources (HR) Specialist to join our team. As an HR Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures. You will work closely with employees & management to ensure a positive work environment and compliance with HR best practices and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment and Onboarding:Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and making job offers. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Employee Relations:Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures. Address employee concerns, resolve conflicts, and foster positive employee relations.
- Performance Management:Support the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development plans. Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance-related matters.
- HR Policies and Procedures:Develop, implement, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Ensure consistent application and adherence to HR policies across the organization.
- Employee Engagement: Support initiatives to promote employee engagement, motivation, and satisfaction. Assist in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
- Training and Development: Identify training and development needs and coordinate employee training programs. Assist in the development and delivery of training materials and workshops.
- Employee Data and HR Systems:Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR systems. Generate reports and analytics on HR metrics as required.
- Compliance and Legal:Stay updated with labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance in HR practices. Assist in conducting audits, investigations, and maintaining documentation related to employee matters.
- Benefits Administration: Assist in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management.
- HR Projects:Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, policy reviews, and HR system implementations.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in HR.
